SHIPPING:
All shipping fees are calculated at 15% of the book total. Please include this on your purchase order.
BILLING:
When submitting your Purchase Order please indicate your payment method. Upon the receipt of your purchase you will be invoiced.
Credit card payments - you will receive an invoice with an electronic payment link.
Check payments - you will receive an invoice with amount due and address for mailing the payment.
